This foundation is a dupe for the Nars brand.
Very full coverage, matte finish, but a glowy finish is possible if applied to a "damp" face (setting spray). Dries quickly.
Tips for use:
Apply a small amount to the face then blend with a brush or sponge for an even finish. Its buildable coverage allows for a natural or more sophisticated effect depending on the desired intensity. For optimal results, apply to well-moisturized skin or after a primer.
